We had to leave and find a nearby hotel, which meant paying for another stay on top of this booking. The whole experience caused serious stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. The room itself was unsafe to use: water from the AC was dripping straight onto the bed, and staff did not properly fix it after we reported it. When we tried moving the bed, we found lots of dust, used tissues, and a used condom packet underneath. The ceiling fan was faulty too. During the repair, dirt and debris fell onto the bedding, and staff were reluctant to replace the soiled linen even after we told them. The bathroom towel or floor mat was extremely old and unhygienic.

Sleep was almost impossible because mosquitoes were a problem all night. The bathroom was unsanitary, and the bedsheets looked as though they had been left from the previous guest. It was obvious on arrival that the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The maintenance and basic hygiene were far below what I expected, so I left deeply disappointed and can't recommend the hotel in its current state.

The room felt stinky and very cramped, and hygiene was barely acceptable. The towels were a smoky colour, and the blanket spread on the bed wasn't neat. It seems like an old property that isn't maintained well. The room photos don't match the actual size or comfort, either. It's not a good choice if you care about hygiene, and communicating in English or other languages is difficult.

The location is handy, close to the temple, and I'd recommend staying here. The standard rooms are good, though the lighting in them is very dim. Deluxe rooms have plenty of space. We didn't get an extra water bottle, and since we arrived too late for breakfast, it would've been nice to have some snacks available in the evening or at night.
