The location is great for pilgrims, about a five-minute walk from the West Nada of Guruvayoor temple. The reception team, mostly women, were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping staff were pleasant too. The CCTV coverage made it feel safe for a family visit. There are only around five parking spaces, which is a drawback. Our booked Deluxe room was a rip-off at about ₹2100. It was so tiny there was hardly any room left around the double bed, and I can't see a family fitting comfortably. We upgraded straight away to the next category, which was much better. There's no regular room service, though tea and coffee are available any time. The rooftop has a small restaurant with a limited mini buffet breakfast, around ₹225 per person, bought with a coupon from reception, and sadya for ₹175 per person. Sadya needs to be requested by noon at the latest. Overall, a reasonably good stay. Thanks, team Srivar.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the location is very close to west nada. Pushpa Madam and her team served us a sumptuous Sadhya, and I won't forget their hospitality. Still, I was very unhappy with a call from the manager a few hours after checkout, asking for extra money because staff had miscalculated our lunch bill and forgotten to charge for tea and coffee sachets. He sent a bill, and I paid the extra amount immediately, but I don't think a customer should be called after checkout over a staff error of about 300-500 rupees. The hotel should absorb a mistake made on its end. The sachet policy also feels predatory. Other hotels give them free, while here they're complimentary only from midnight to 9 AM. Although that policy is mentioned in the room, it still seems strange. When we asked room service for sachets after 9, they sent them without telling us they'd be billed.

The peaceful atmosphere and care taken with cleanliness really stood out. Our room at Srivar Hotels was tidy, hygienic, and well maintained. We had a very pleasant visit and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite close to the west side of Guruvayurappan temple, and the room was a little small, though service was good. The front desk staff were courteous. At check-in they couldn't find my details, even though I'd booked two months ahead, apparently because of a system glitch. I had to show the saved digital receipt. They don't have their own restaurant, but breakfast and lunch or dinner can be served on the rooftop if arranged in advance.
