The staff were friendly and the stay was pleasant, but there were rats running around the room. Water also leaked from the bathroom into the bedroom because the door needed fixing.

The location made it easy to get into the city. I stayed for three weeks in 2018, before it was an OYO, and the food was fine then, though it seems to have declined since. I had to ask for a window to be fixed because it could be opened from outside. The linen also needs a lot of improvement, as other reviews have said. The manager has since left and now works in Maldives.

Mosquitoes were a major problem throughout the property, and we had to deal with them ourselves. There were also a few smaller issues in the rooms, though there is room for improvement. The facilities are good, but maintenance is lacking. Reception service was good despite the very limited staff, and they changed our room easily when we said the first one wasn’t satisfactory. The property is in a residential area and has good parking.

The food was really good, and I can’t say the room itself was bad. But the whole property needs a deep clean. They only clean the areas you notice at first glance, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time because nothing seemed clean. There were cockroaches, too.
