The rooms are good and spacious, and parking your car is no problem. The campus is big.

Despite the beautiful surroundings and amenities, hosting an event here with my family was a disappointing and horrendous experience. The staff seemed reluctant to serve adequate amounts of food, and asking for extra portions or refills appeared to bother them. It felt like the food was being rationed. Then we found a charge on the bill for a dish that was never served. When we raised it, the staff showed no real apology or interest in fixing the mistake. They seemed more concerned about collecting payment than helping us. The poor service, small food portions, and overcharging made this a resort I wouldn’t recommend for a relaxing vacation. Management should train staff to respond to guests, make sure portions and refills are adequate, review pricing for fairness and transparency, and take complaints seriously. I hope they make those improvements for future guests.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the shower in the suite was broken too. The window pane was broken, so someone outside could easily take videos inside. I first booked an AC deluxe room for 2k, but when I opened the door and saw cockroaches around the bed and the broken bathroom window, I upgraded to a suite because I thought it would be safer and cleaner. The same problems were there, with just an extra bed and nothing else to make it a suite. This was a terrible experience. The owner should either maintain the rooms properly or stop running a hotel. If we pay, we should get the full facilities. It should be called a lodge in Paltan Pazar, or a 'kothi'.

A quiet spot for spending quality time, with plenty of space and facilities for conferences, meetings, weddings, or other events. The food was very tasty, and the staff behaved well. I loved the place, which is very close to National Highway.
