The two days I spent here were among the worst hotel stays I've had. The room was dirty and poorly kept, and when I asked staff to clean it, they said they would but nobody came. Noise from the gym overhead, with equipment clanging every day, made it impossible to sleep. The food smelled horrible and was inedible, and outside food isn't allowed, a rule I never saw on the booking apps. Staff were no help, service was practically nonexistent, and the online reviews seem misleading. For what they charge, even basic hospitality is missing. I'd tell people to avoid Collection O Dispur (Formerly Rainbow Residency, also called Super Collection O Ganeshguri Narayanpur).

I couldn't stay in that bed, so at 11 PM I had to find somewhere else to sleep. The sheets were filthy and visibly stained with blood, and the room's cleanliness was appalling. I reported it at the front desk, but the response wasn't adequate. For the price, this is unacceptable, and clean bedding and basic hygiene should be a minimum. I want a full refund and plan to report it to health authorities. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Stay somewhere else.

I arranged an online booking for my brother and his wife, who were travelling from Shillong to Guwahati. They handled the process very smoothly for me, and the service was top-notch.

A good place for couples. Booking through OYO gets you a cheap price, but the bedsheet needs to be clean and the room really needs paint.

The rooms were small and dirty, and basic hygiene and necessities were missing despite the decent price. This was my worst experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here to friends or family.
