There were mosquitoes in the room, it wasn't cleaned properly, and some bathroom fittings were loose or didn't work right. Some rooms don't even have locks. The towels weren't changed daily, the room phone didn't work, and breakfast had too few proper options and wasn't good. Staff weren't helpful, wouldn't listen to guests, and argued for no reason. My experience was very bad. Zero service.

It's right in the heart of the city, with parking available and a restaurant serving wonderful food. The rooms are cosy and the service was wonderful for a 3 star hotel. A good place to stay with family.

I spent 10 days here on a corporate visit. The reception team were polite, professional and attentive, and the common areas were kept reasonably clean. It was handy being close to the local market, and there was private parking too. Water in the rooms kept cutting out, especially in the mornings, and the problem continued on and off even after I told the staff. The in-house restaurant was convenient, but the food seemed expensive for its quality and portions. Guests also can't bring in outside food, which left me with fewer choices and less budget-friendly options. Manageable for a short work trip, though those issues made the stay less comfortable. My overall experience was average.

During our sleep, hotel staff unlocked and opened our room door without telling us or getting our permission. It made us very uncomfortable and felt like a breach of privacy. I was very disappointed, and I hope management treats this seriously.
