The only real plus is the location in ganeshguri, though there are plenty of other places to choose from nearby. I had trouble checking in because they said they don’t accept local IDs, even though the app said they did. Then I waited another half hour because the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t up to standard, was somewhat unclean, and the service and breakfast were disappointing. A bad experience. I won’t come back.

Please don’t trust this hotelier. They held onto our ID cards until late evening without a valid reason, and I had to cancel my Wheelstreet booking because of it. The rooms were stinky and dirty, with stained sheets and towels, and a huge dining table that made it hard to walk around. Don’t assume the room will look like the photos on the oyo app or goibibo. The receptionist was super rude and had no sense of how to talk to people. There was a notice saying they don’t accept online payments, so even after paying online, you’re expected to pay cash at checkout. If you complain to goibibo or oyo, they may knock on your door at 1 AM. A zero-rated hotel with negative-rated staff. Horrible stay. Goibibo customer care didn’t care about its guests either. They kept me waiting for a resolution until 11 PM, then said they needed more time to solve the problem.

Everything was a mess. The rooms were badly maintained and not clean at all, with dust everywhere and dirty pillow covers and bed sheets. The toilet was dirty too. Service was poor, and I was very unhappy. Please don’t choose this place.

The lift wasn’t working, so I had to walk up to the fifth floor. The stairs were narrow and poorly lit, and basic amenities were lacking. Room service wasn’t proper either. I found cockroaches and rats in the room.
