I booked a deluxe room online at a good price, and the website said breakfast was included. But when I asked at the hotel, the receptionist said breakfast was only available from 9 AM. Who wants to wait until 9 when they’re up at 6:30? There were small cockroaches in the room as well. The service needs to improve.

I stayed for 10 days at a time in both June 2025 and August 2025. On checkout after field work, I asked if I could change into fresh clothes, but they refused straight away. I had to use the dirtiest common washroom, which I don’t think they would use themselves. They should take care of small things like this to provide better customer service. There were some good points: the room was clean, the food was good, and housekeeping was active. I would have given 4 stars, but this one issue brought my rating to 3.

I only had dinner, and things were quite good overall. It wasn’t too crowded or too quiet, and the service staff were friendly and hardworking. But the food took 18 minutes to arrive, which was too slow. I know it can be difficult to manage, but that delay cost them the last star. The staff should improve that.

I’ve already visited Hotel biswanath. The hotel is fine, the room service is very prompt, and they keep things hygienic. Breakfast was served on time.
