Rooms were booked to suit your needs, then the receptionist said they weren’t available and asked for more money. He was really rude and would suddenly start yelling at you. What a terrible receptionist. Shut this hotel down.

The rooms are neat and the ambience is alright, but room service was really slow. I ordered tea at 8:30am, called again an hour later to remind them, and eventually checked out without breakfast.

The bed needed maintenance and tore my jacket, which was such a disappointment. Staff were rude, and their attitude changed when I checked out. They say they accept all credit and debit cards, but refused both when I tried to pay the Rs 250 clearance. Worst experience.

I visit hotel grand Inn regularly for official meetings. The staff are very cooperative, and I love the food.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The receptionist behaved very badly.
