Room 403 had no working lock on the main door, so all my expensive belongings were left unsecured. The hotel had no safety or cleanliness, and the service was basically zero. Manager Abu bakkar was very rude and a liar. I wouldn't advise families to stay here, especially since manager Abu bakkar allows couples at the hotel. I had a very bad experience. Try somewhere else if you're staying with family. This staff, especially manager Abu Bakkar, deserves minus 10.

The rooms were spacious, with balconies, and the food tasted great. The place is also very conveniently located near Bhiwandi Dhaba, and the amenities were good. We had a fantastic experience, with polite staff and very affordable prices. I'd strongly suggest visiting at least once for the hospitality.
