The service was very pathetic. Don't stay at this hotel.

The whole night was sleepless, and our plans were spoiled because we couldn't rest. There was no power at night, mosquitoes everywhere, water leaking from the AC, and nobody at reception the whole time. The charging points didn't work either. It was a waste of time and money, please don't choose this place at any cost.

The location is high up in the city, so this may be a place to turn to only when you can't find another room. The hotel is still being built, and there was no real service during our stay. Our room was badly maintained, and we had to switch three times because of problems including a broken window and a leaking bathroom pipe. The price felt far too high for what we got. When we tried to explain this to manager Mr. Zahir, he refused to listen and was very rude.
