The staff were courteous and helpful, and we had a nice stay overall. We spent three days here. The location worked well, near all three forts, and the living room was spacious with simple interiors. Beds and towels were fresh and clean, but the washroom could be maintained better. Most of the time we ate at the hotel, where the North Indian food was tasty. The dining room wasn't clean in the mornings, and each day we had trouble finding an unused table, perhaps because there weren't enough staff. Hindi channels were available on the TV, but there weren't other extra amenities.

Amer Valley Hotel is ideally placed close to Jal Mahal, so the walk there is short. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and the food was good. Service was prompt and satisfying, too. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The restaurant was the weak point of my stay. Food took far too long to arrive, and the service was painfully slow, so dining was disappointing. The room was decent and reasonably comfortable, with satisfactory cleanliness, though maintenance and presentation could improve. The location was a real plus, with easy access to major attractions and transportation that saved time getting around. Staff were polite, helpful, and professional, and check-in and other assistance went smoothly. Better restaurant operations and some room upgrades could make the experience much better.

The hotel is right by the road, and its restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable prices. It worked well for a family stay. Jal Mahal is within walking distance, and Amber Fort is nearby too, about 10 minutes to the car parking stand. The place is around 6 km away.

The service was excellent, and I had a great experience overall. The room was new and luxurious, though cleanliness could be better. The toilet door needed attention, some water spills had been left uncleaned, the plants needed watering, and the curtain rails needed fixing.
