FabHotel Prime Royal Inn

The rooms are exceptionally small and don’t even have basics like a wardrobe or table. The photos shown for this hotel are fake, and the real rooms look very different from them. I’d avoid booking here and wasting your money.

The staff were kind and attentive, and the room setup helped make our family trip better.

The food was below average, and the room and bathroom smelled awful. The rooms are tiny, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and even basic bathroom items like a bucket and mug weren’t provided.

We were left outside the hotel for three and a half hours because there was no security guard to open the gate and the staff had fallen asleep. Inside, there wasn’t even a table or chair for eating food brought from outside, and they provided no cutlery for it. There was no water bottle in the room, and the sanitary setup wasn’t proper to use. They call this a two-month-old hotel, but the bedding looked old and the towels were pathetic. The tea was basically water, even though tea in Assam should be good. This place shouldn’t be part of Fab hotels, it’s ridiculous. The service isn’t worth the daily cost.
