The toilet was unclean, and so were the bed sheets. The room was in poor condition and smelled bad.

2/10
The room was in poor shape and had a strong urine odor. There was hair on the bed from previous customers, too. Before checkout, staff threatened us unless we paid an extra 400 for my co-occupant. They hadn't mentioned that charge at check-in. The whole experience was awful.

There were 12 of us, and we really enjoyed the stay. The service was so good that we had no issues, and they even helped us get a cab. Room service was good, and we felt safe.
