After my first night, I went to visit kamakhya temple and asked room service to clean my room without touching the wardrobe. When I returned, I noticed a towel, a power Bank, a tshirt, and a pair of jeans missing from my luggage. I reported it to reception the next day before checking out. They said room service had no previous theft records. Later they returned the towel and tshirt, but denied the other missing items. I lost my power Bank worth 2500 and a brand new pair of jeans.

The peaceful surroundings and delicious meals made this a lovely getaway, even on a low budget. Our rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and cozy, with breathtaking views. The staff made us feel welcome and took care of every detail. At Erica Resedency, we found comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality all together.

The staff behaved badly, the bed sheets were dirty, and the toilet smelled. It was a very bad stay. I’ve never seen such a dirty, smelly property. I don’t recommend going here.

The area was quiet with no disturbance, and there was plenty of parking. The spacious rooms were clean and had AC.

The rooms are huge and good, and you can order from Swiggy or Zomato. The gates stay open until 12am. But the bathrooms are extremely bad, small, and leaking, despite what the pictures suggest. Half the utensils didn’t work, including the electric kettle. There was no geyser in the bathroom when we visited in December.
