The owner was rude and sometimes scared the guests. Even though we had booked online, we waited an hour at reception to check in. Cleanliness was zero: the bathrooms stank, and the bedsheets, pillows, and mattresses were stained everywhere. Room service was terrible. The worst stay ever.
2/10
I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The room was sticky and unclean, and the AC didn't work properly. Liquor bottles were left lying near the room, not cleared by management, who were simply giving the room to new guests. Horrible. Please don't book this, even if you're alone, and especially don't consider it for a family.
4/10
The rooms are very small, the AC doesn't work properly, and there's no parking. They don't care about customer service or keeping their commitments.
10/10
The view of nature from the hotel balcony is lovely. The hotel is clean and user friendly, and the staff are very cordial.
8/10
It's a good hotel. Ramakrishna Beach and Kailash Giri are nearby, and the submarine museum is about 2.5 km away.
