Click Hotel Guwahati

The rooms are a good size, the rates fit the budget, and I really liked the food. The chef has a real knack for it. Anshuman Dutta and Oinam Chanu were especially friendly and treated all the guests well. Service at Hotel Click was outstanding, so I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Guwahati. ❤️🥰😍

Mr. Buddha Rai, the management in-charge, deserves special thanks. He handled check-ins and the daily coordination calmly and professionally, and kept everything running smoothly for our group of 24. We were in Guwahati and Shillong from 10th December to 16th December, staying at Click Hotel Guwahati throughout the trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was prompt. Staff were polite and ready to help, which made the stay easy and stress-free. Meals were fresh, tasty, and well organized for a group our size. The hotel had a warm feel, too. We had a wonderful trip, and the team helped make it memorable. I’d recommend Click Hotel Guwahati to individuals and groups heading to Guwahati or nearby places for a comfortable stay and good service.

The staff were polite, professional, and quick to help, and service stayed efficient during my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with AC, WiFi, hot water, and the other basics. The location also made getting around the city convenient. There was a decent choice of food and it tasted good. Click Hotel Guwahati offered a comfortable stay for the price. I’d recommend it to visitors and would stay here again.

Most things were fine, but the mattress was so soft and fluffy that I didn’t sleep comfortably. The bathroom layout also bothered me: the toilet came before the shower, so getting to the bathing area meant passing the commode. There was no mat outside the bathroom or slippers provided.
