I paid extra for a deluxe room, but it was filthy. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were dirty and smelled awful. The conditions made me sick and cut my vacation short. It honestly felt like a nightmare. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I’d sooner sleep on the street than pay a dime to stay here.

The deluxe room was dirty, and its AC didn’t work. It also made a noise like a generator. There was no manager available to deal with it, just a security guard acting as one. I won’t come back. There are plenty of good hotels at lower prices, so please don’t choose this one.

The room and bathroom didn’t match what they show online. I’d rather sleep on a railway track for ₹0 than stay in this room.

The manager and staff were welcoming, and I had a peaceful, enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come again. Housekeeping needs much more training, though, especially on using clean water to mop the floors and tables.

I had a bad experience with the manager. He tried to charge me extra and kept insisting that I pay in cash instead of online.
