Canal Touch Resort

Canal Touch Resort was lovely in every other way, and a great place to relax. But both ramps leading to the dining area are slippery, even with the rubber mat. I slipped on one and hurt my leg. Thankfully I managed to drive home safely. Please replace the slippery tiles, as they could be dangerous for anyone, especially older people. People come here to unwind, and an accident could turn that into a disaster.

The resort grounds were neat, and the bathrooms were very clean. Rooms, pool, dining area, food, and service were all decent, around 3.5/5. The game room was okay, about 3/5, and the nighttime DJ was good. Still, I was really disappointed to see a huge heap of the resort’s garbage being dumped in the nearby field. They need to dispose of waste properly.

We had a good time here with our family. The food was good, the menu had nice options, and the place was neat and clean. The pool was clean too, and they have a live DJ and lights at night, so it can work for a party as well. Unfortunately, the AC and TV in the Orchid room weren’t working properly. We reported both problems at the time.

We had a really good time at the pool and DJ night, and they arranged a bonfire when we asked. The food was delicious, both veg and non-veg, and the stay was comfortable and kid friendly. The management was great and the staff quick to respond. Thanks to Mr Sairaj and everyone for making it memorable. I’d recommend it for a family get-together.
