They handed us the key without cleaning the room after the previous guest left. It was filthy: blood and food stains on the sheet, black dust everywhere, matchsticks scattered around, a smoke smell, and a dirty bathroom. The floor was so dirty I couldn’t walk barefoot. My friend on the same floor had the same problem in another room. I have a dust allergy and immediately broke out in rashes because the bed was so dirty. If hygiene matters to you, don’t book this hotel. It isn’t worth spending even a penny.

The restaurant had a limited menu and exorbitant prices, and there was no complimentary breakfast. The bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom needed more cleaning. The TV didn’t work, and even after I complained, they neither repaired it nor changed my room. Management didn’t care about my concerns and seemed interested only in making money. The hotel provided very poor service.

Most of the room lights didn’t work, and the linens, pillow covers, and blankets were stained and seemed never to be washed. When we complained, staff didn’t care or listen to our problems. The manager, receptionist, and cleaning boy were all very rude. We also came across situations where male and female staff used hotel rooms for personal time together during their duty hours. This hotel felt like hell on earth. I wouldn’t recommend visiting. I added screenshots showing the condition of the sheets and pillow covers.

The staff were unprofessional, and breakfast was extremely basic. We were told to wait an extra hour past the scheduled time, then still got no tea or coffee. The room was dirty, the walls were cracked, and there was no hot water. Even the jet spray was broken, with no handwash, towels, or toiletries. We couldn't lock the room either. It smelled so awful we barely wanted to go inside. We somehow stayed one night and left. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
