The room felt a little small, especially if you're bringing a lot of luggage or kids. The hotel is in a market area, so the street gets crowded. Still, it was good overall and reasonably priced. The bed was big enough for the three of us to sleep comfortably, and the room stayed reasonably warm in winter. Hot water was available all day, the food was freshly made, and the lobby looked fancy.

There was construction going on during my stay, and the loud noise was a problem. Apart from that, everything was at its best. The rooms and food were good, and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. Lunch and dinner are expensive, though the food is tasty.

The front desk woman at checkout in the evening was extremely polite and customer friendly. I wish everyone treated customers the way she did. At check-in, the front desk staff behaved very poorly and asked for an extra charge for early entry, but seemed reluctant to provide a receipt. The room was clean, though the AC wasn't working properly.

The location isn't good for travellers, since the hotel is inside a wholesale market. Food prices are high too. The room and washroom were neat, clean, and well maintained, though, and the staff were well behaved and very cooperative. Having a lift was a plus.
