The room and bathroom were dirty and smelly, and the whole property was dirty too. They didn’t have mineral water, just a bottle they called “auro water.” For two people they gave us one towel, only after we asked. We had to keep asking for toiletries as well, and eventually got a single hand wash bottle. Horrible experience.

The sheets were greasy with food stains, the room wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom doors were broken, and the ACs didn’t work. When we complained at 11pm, they sent men to our room to argue, asking how we could expect a perfect room and saying we could leave then if we didn’t want to stay.

The place felt unsafe for couples. The executive was drunk and behaved badly, and the rest of the staff were rude too. The room was filthy, with blood on the pillow and bedsheet, and the bathroom was dirty. It was the most disgusting OYO I’ve seen. If you don’t believe me, try it and leave your own review. We only needed one night, but the place was so bad that we checked out. The photos on the website were tempting, but seeing the place in person was enough to make you puke. There were mosquitoes, filthy linen with stains, cobwebs, and a ceiling fan that looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years. Behind the headboard was a pile of rubbish and other disgusting stuff. Everything there was terrible. Maybe they don’t even read these reviews. They should hire a decent manager and housekeeping staff. Tenks :-\
