The room service was efficient, attentive, and trustworthy, and the room itself was comfortable, tidy, and secure. There’s also a family restaurant downstairs, which is handy. On my first visit to India, in Malvin, I felt like I had a home away from home. Kudos to Vicky. I’d read comments about patchy wifi and no front desk attendant, but it doesn’t seem practical to have someone at the desk around the clock. Whenever I called for help, someone responded right away, even if they weren’t visible. The wifi only cut out around 3 am, and when I raised it, Vicky sorted it out by offering me a portable router. Mistakes and shortcomings can happen. What made the difference was Vicky taking concerns seriously and following through to fix or resolve them. I don’t think you’ll find this level of service within a 10 mile radius. I’m grateful for the accommodation and hospitality, and for the effort made to keep customers satisfied. Thank you.

The rooms weren't properly maintained, and there was a bad dog smell throughout the place. I found insects everywhere, including cockroaches and earthworms, and basic amenities such as hot water were missing. The staff weren't helpful and the service was poor. A really bad experience.

Hot water wasn't available, and many facilities didn't work properly. The staff were rude, the service was slow, and the hygiene and ambience were both disappointing, with a bad smell too. It wasn't worth the money. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen 🤢😫

The stay wasn't worth it. There was no hot water, several things weren't working properly, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The place also had a bad dog smell and an unpleasant ambience. Very disappointing service.

The service was terrible, and the place felt dirty and uncomfortable. There was a strange dog smell throughout, basic things hadn't been maintained well, and there wasn't proper hot water. The staff members weren't polite at all. I was really unhappy with the stay.
