Reception staff member Lakhi Barman was rude and acted as though he was giving away free rooms. When I arrived in the morning, he told me to go to room no 216 by myself. Nobody was at reception; he was sleeping in another room and said he hadn’t slept well the previous night. At checkout he said, "Moi tumko ratipua room disu no thakibole besi kotha nokoba". He still wasn’t at reception and asked me to wait. When I asked how long, he came back right away and tried to argue, then accused me of misbehaving instead of doing his own duties properly.

I came here for a holiday and got a great room and service at a very good price. The hotel and staff were very good, and everyone was friendly.

There’s parking beside the hotel for a couple of vehicles, and the staff are decent and well behaved. For the location and services, it’s good value for money. Single rooms start at ₹ 600 and double rooms at ₹ 1100. It’s a decent budget option, with a little room for improvement, and I’d recommend it.

One staff member was especially cooperative, though that wasn’t true of everyone. The hotel is hygienic and has laundry service, but no iron service. There’s a small TV with TATA SKY. Overall I had a good experience, and it may suit families as well as individuals.

My wife, friends, and I couldn’t sleep at all. The rooms were tiny and dirty, the bathroom was awful, and staff walked around without even a T-shirt. Don’t book based on the prices. This was one of the worst stays of my life.
