I held my haldi and wedding functions at this hotel, but the staff management was very poor. They charged for every little thing, and I was still coordinating details right up to the last minute. The attitude was casual, and I wasn't satisfied. I paid YOU for the service, so I shouldn't have had to do the work and coordination myself. They need to improve staffing and act more professionally.

The food was economical, and the reception area is spacious, with two dogs there. On my first visit the room was clean; the second time it hadn't been cleaned properly, with lots of hair, dusty mattresses, and dirty walls. The service was bad. Rooms are economical but very small, with a small geyser, and the price feels a little high for the room size.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting space or a relaxed stay. The room was tiny, and the bed was much too small for an adult to be comfortable. There were also lots of negative, unreasonable rules and policies that made the place feel restrictive and unfriendly.

I paid 3678 for a night, but checked out after just one night of my two-day booking. The room was extremely small, and even the lift was tiny. The bedsheet and blanket were stained and very dirty. The washroom was plain, not furnished or modern, and the water was yellow with iron. The telephone didn't work, so I couldn't contact anyone for service. It was my worst experience here.
