The food was really nice and affordable, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished, with beautiful views. Staff were a bit laid-back but cooperative and good. The location is handy, with malls and shopping nearby. A good option for an affordable stay in Guwahati.

The photos were fake, there was no Wi-Fi, and they demanded a lot of extra money. They blamed OYO and said they couldn't help, then claimed the hotel didn't belong to OYO. The behavior was very bad. A terrible experience.

They transferred my booking without telling me and then closed the property and cancelled my check-in. I felt embarrassed in front of my friends, since I'd already booked. The reception manager kept blaming other staff, and I had to call four or five times about lunch I ordered at 2 PM. They'd said it was ready, but it didn't arrive until 3:30. They also asked for extra money and offered no help at check-in. Please don't stay here unless you want to suffer.

I booked and paid 406 rupees through the Oyo app, but the manager first said the hotel was full. After some arguing, he said I could have a room if I paid another 800 rupees, otherwise I could leave. They insisted there was no room for 400 rupees and asked how Oyo could book one at that price. Their response was, 'We run this hotel, not Oyo,' followed by the same demand for 800 more or to go. The staff's behavior was disgusting. This is the worst place in Guwahati, and I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemy, or anyone looking for a cheap hotel. Never go.

The photos made the place look very different from reality. There was no Wi-Fi, and they demanded extra money while saying the hotel wasn't affiliated with OYO. A really bad experience.
