We were there from 21 to 23rd of June, with my wife and two daughters, and the experience felt very fearful for us as a family. The bar is fully active from evening, and because of it, room service and housekeeping stop working after that. There’s no lift either, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay. The room was very nice, with a spacious enough living area, and the price was quite affordable for the location. Room service was also quite nice during the day, but after evening it was null.

I booked 2 AC rooms through OYO, but at reception they said only 1 was available. I arrived at 12.00AM, and the whole point of booking ahead was to avoid searching around for a hotel in the middle of the night. Then breakfast, which they’d said would be at 8.30am, only arrived at 9.30 after they first said it wasn’t complimentary. One of the worst experiences ever.

The room was really clean, and check-in was easy. They gave me the room I wanted, and the staff were superb and very helpful. I’d like to book this hotel again in future. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A drunk person runs the hotel, so don’t go if you’re with family. Don’t book online either. They refuse to answer calls, and you’ll face a lot of difficulties. I filed a complaint about this hotel with the police.

The rooms need maintenance, but everything else was good. The hotel has all amenities and facilities, and the staff were supportive and friendly, especially Manager Mr Junaid.
