TRAVANCORE COURT By Spree, Cochin

We found it easy to arrange a tuktuk or taxi from just outside, and the location was great. The staff were attentive and made us feel comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and there was a good choice at breakfast. We didn’t eat other meals at the hotel, though everything looked delicious. It was good value for money. The only downside was loud music one night, which stopped around 9.30pm.

We wished we could have stayed longer in Kochi. With our flight leaving at midnight, Divya, the guest host, went out of her way to arrange a late check-out. She and the rest of the team were warm and professional throughout. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the stay at Travancore Court was excellent overall. I’d choose it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi.

Ms. Bindhu Krishnan deserves a special thank you. She was so helpful and went the extra mile to make our visit pleasant. I hope management gives her and her team proper credit for their excellent service. We had a wonderful stay at Travancore Court last week: the room was spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly and ready to help, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Dinner was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the product quality has been outstanding every time. I was really impressed by the professionalism and customer service. I also spoke with chef Dileep about a few recipes, and he was surprisingly comfortable and kind to talk with. A great experience, highly recommended.
