I had a very poor experience at Hotel GK Place. I booked through Goibibo for two adults, but on arrival the hotel said there was no booking under my name and told me to contact customer care myself. They offered no real help or cooperation. After a lot of arguing and wasted time, they finally gave me a room, but it had a single bed instead of being suitable for two adults as booked. The staff did not take responsibility for the booking problem, and the lack of support was frustrating and disappointing. The management and service were terrible. I strongly suggest avoiding GK Place so you don’t waste your time, money, and peace of mind.

I checked out of Hotel GK Palace, Panjabari, Guwahati on 3rd February 2026 after staying in Room No. 210 from 26th January 2026. Throughout that time, the team made me feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Since I was new to Guwahati, their guidance and support at every step meant a lot. The personalized care was rare and highly commendable. The food was a delight, thanks to Chef Pranab Doley’s culinary skill and consistent quality. Mr. Abdul and Ms. Mridula from Food & Beverage were courteous and attentive, and their pleasant manner made meals even better. Housekeeping staff Mr. Kisan Banai and Mr. Suhasn Banai kept the room impeccably clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I also want to thank the Front Office team, especially Ms. Eneiu, for being warm, prompt, and helpful. Mr. Bhanuram Pegu at reception was courteous and efficient, and made a very positive first impression. From arrival to departure, I experienced outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to everyone named. They are true ambassadors for Hotel GK Palace. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team for a memorable, exceptionally comfortable stay. My first stay at Gk palace guwahati was really comfortable. The room was nice, service was amazing, and the towel art was lovely. Thanks to the Gk team and housekeeping for making the stay memorable.
