The breakfast was mostly oily, unhealthy food, with omelettes available if requested. There wasn’t similar flexibility for pure vegetarians, so the options were limited. I’d book without breakfast and use Zomato or Swiggy for breakfast or meals instead, since there are plenty of good choices at reasonable prices. Service was poor too, with staff acting as though they were doing us a favour. I also felt there was biased treatment: services I asked for were given to locals first, then I was told they’d run out. The room was poorly lit and had no inside latch or lock. Not recommended at all.

I had to let the water run for almost 10 minutes before it got warm. That’s inconvenient and wasteful. The staff paid little attention to detail, even serving soup without salt or pepper. The bathroom was unhygienic and clearly needed a deep clean. The room was very dim, and there was no latch or lock on the inside of the door, which raised serious safety concerns. This falls short on basic cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Anyone giving this more than one star either has very low standards or is posting a paid review. Not recommended.

The rooms are decent, but there was no hot water in any of them. The central boiler doesn’t work, and management seemed careless about fixing the arrangement. Reception kept delaying until 10-11 PM, then said water couldn’t be arranged until the next morning. The rooms also smelled foul and had no ventilation. Avoid this property at all costs.

Mr. Ranjit, who was the manager or receptionist, didn’t know how to speak to customers. At breakfast they served idli without chutney or sambhar. When I complained, he told me to check out. He didn’t apologize, and when I asked to speak with the owner, he refused and again told me to leave. I was meant to stay five days, but checked out on day two because of his behaviour. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who has self-respect.
