Getting around was easy, with plenty of transit options nearby, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. They were also reachable by phone. The stay was pleasant overall, though the room had no large window or place to hang clothes, and the tube light was too dim at night. Food quality and sanitation were good, but the menu depended on the caterer and kept changing. When the caterer was there, there were tasty choices like luchi and guggi. On other days, it was limited to omelets or boiled eggs, toast, and butter.

It's in the heart of the city, with good restaurants just a minute away, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and there was covered parking. It's a good place to stay, though it doesn't feel like a business hotel.

The location is the big plus: it’s right in the heart of Guwahati, close to the railway station and main market. The rooms were clean and very good. I’d recommend it for a family stay.

There was no food or water, no parking from the hotel, and no security staff. My family and I had driven there for Maa Kamakhya devi darsan, and the manager basically said parking the car wasn’t his problem. I had to leave it by the roadside and spent the time worrying it might be stolen. After the booking was done, the manager and staff seemed not to care about our comfort, and the manager was very rude. This was the worst booking experience I’ve had in all my travels. OYO is supposed to provide comfort for tourists, so I’d suggest blacklisting this hotel. Just disgusting. Don’t book here.
