Treebo Trip The Blu Bell

The room smell put me off, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were filthy. When we asked for clean ones, staff just handed them to us. After I complained to the owner, someone came and changed the linens. Towels weren’t in the room either, so we had to ask for them.

I’ve stayed here twice for work, both trips with a hectic schedule and last-minute booking and travel arrangements. The staff were very cooperative and explained everything clearly. It’s budget friendly, with consistent pricing, and they also helped with early check-in and check-out. People sometimes complain about the price or extra charges, but that’s mostly an issue with booking sites. Most important places are nearby. Highly recommend.

I booked for one night, from 18.05.2024 to 19.05.2024, and the stay was awful. The room on the Oyo website wasn’t the one we got. After paying online through Oyo, we arrived to find ourselves in a dingy room on the 3rd floor where hardly anyone seemed to stay. It was dirty everywhere and had no facilities. Hotel Blue Bell and Oyo are fooling people together. The staff were very rude and seemed to be forcing us to take the room. When I asked to change it, they said this was the room and I could stay or leave, but there would be no refund for an online booking. Oyo customer care sided with the hotel when I complained. The bathroom was dirty, the AC didn’t work properly, and they provided neither drinking water nor bathroom accessories. Only two lights worked in the room.

The balcony and terrace have lovely views of the hills and lights, and some rooms have really impressive views. Rooms are spacious and nice, especially the suites and their decor, and there’s a gym. The food was okay, though both its quality and the menu variety could improve a lot. Given the hotel's investment and amenities, the rooms need better upkeep. I also expected a larger, more attractive reception. Poor maintenance overall.
