The towels looked dirty and used, the bathroom curtains were torn, and the room we got had a broken AC even though we had booked and confirmed an AC room. They said there were no other rooms. We stayed here a year ago, but the place is a hundred times worse now. We paid 1500 and really regret it. The owner was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Check-out is at 8 AM, not 11 AM like at other hotels. Nobody told us the night before, and early in the morning staff pounded on the door on the owner’s orders. We asked to stay one extra hour, but the owner demanded another 500 Rs per hour and kicked us out right away. Please don’t make the mistake of coming here.

They told me around 5 pm that the earlier guest had decided to extend their stay, so I wouldn’t get the room I’d booked and should look elsewhere. I had checked in around 10 AM, during the usual check-in time, but was first put in a different room because the previous guest hadn’t left. That room smelled bad, and there were termites in the washroom. My reservation had been confirmed well in advance, so this was completely unacceptable. Customer support was just as disappointing. I was passed between representatives without anyone taking responsibility, and instead of fixing the problem they suggested I pay extra to stay at another property. This was an extremely frustrating experience, far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I’d rather forget it, but it reflects poorly on OYO' service and suggests deep-rooted systemic issues that need serious attention.
