Artilla Inn

The outdoor patio with swings was a lovely spot to relax after breakfast, and it gives the property a cozy, distinctive feel. We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Artilla Inn in Ahmedabad. Our Pearl room, a mid-level option, was a little small, though they also have lower-level rooms that may be more compact. Given the city-centre location, the size made sense. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully organised, with a comfortable, cozy vibe. Breakfast had only around 5-6 options, but the food was fresh and authentic. The juices were freshly prepared rather than packaged, and we especially liked the pineapple juice. No complaints: it was a clean, comfortable stay with good food, and a nice option for a well-kept place in a prime location.

The breakfast buffet, location, and AC were great, and although the front desk wasn't friendly, they were honest. We ordered snacks that weren't delivered accurately, but after we explained what happened, they made sure we weren't charged. Still, I wouldn't recommend this place after our one-night stay during the cricket match. It's a decent, centrally located property, but at six thousand per night, without a pool, play area, or small buffet section, you'd expect better service. The front desk was horrible and borderline rude. At minimum, I'd expect a smile and courtesy. The watchman didn't seem interested in opening the front gate or carrying luggage. We were put on the 6th Floor, where painters were sitting outside our room door. Travelling with family, we didn't feel safe.

Food was a highlight of my 5-day stay at artilla inn. Meals were delicious, nicely presented, and consistently good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a great variety of choices. My room was spotless and well maintained, the bedding was comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything clean and organized. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the team were attentive, courteous, and ready to help throughout. The hotel felt calm and relaxing, suitable for business or leisure. The ambience and service were handled with care, and the stay was memorable. I'd highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service, and look forward to visiting again.

The location was convenient and well connected, making it easy to get to Ahmedabad's attractions, shopping areas, and business hubs. Though it was in a prime area, the surroundings felt calm. The staff, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant, were kind, polite, and helpful, and their sincere hospitality made me feel valued. They arranged transport, answered city questions, and kept my room in good shape. My room was spacious, modern, and clean, with elegant, comfortable décor, a very comfortable bed, and fresh, high-quality linens. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the spotless bathroom had quality toiletries. Housekeeping kept things tidy each day without intruding. Meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a good selection, from Indian dishes to lighter continental options. Restaurant staff were attentive and prompt, and happy to accommodate special requests. My stay at Artilla Inn Hotel exceeded my expectations from arrival through checkout. The comfortable rooms, convenient location, excellent food, and warm, professional service all came together. I highly recommend Artilla Inn to anyone visiting Ahmedabad, and I'll return on my next trip. A wonderful stay from start to finish!
