Treebo Urban Oasis Inn, Sixmile

Arup was the highlight of my stay. He was courteous, attentive and always ready to help with a smile, whether with check-in or local recommendations. His professionalism and hospitality made the experience feel personal and memorable. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the property had a warm, welcoming feel. I'd gladly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

I was here for 15 days, and for this price I don't think anyone offers better service. Every staff member was helpful and friendly.

The hotel sits just off the street, so it was peaceful, while shops and other amenities were still an easy walk away. Parking is available and covered, and there's an in-house restaurant. I tried the paneer matar and it was awesome. They cook meals fresh rather than using pre-made food, so give them at least 30 minutes. Last orders are accepted until 9.30pm, while room service runs until 11pm. The staff were nice, and breakfast was okay. I stayed for a weekend and had an amazing experience. The rooms were absolutely neat and clean, and there was a tea kettle in the room. The location was perfect.

The location worked well for me, near Sixmile and the market within walking distance, yet away from the congestion of Paltan Bazar. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with essential amenities, and the price is great value. Mine was neat and clean, and the bathroom was extremely hygienic. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant could use better options, but the complimentary breakfast was tasty and a good size. Recommended, and I'd stay again.
