Capital O 15455 Hill Crest View Guest House

We were three people, one of us critically ill, and had booked through MakeMyTrip. When we arrived late at night, the man at the front said there was no room at the price we had booked and told us to leave or pay another Rs.1000/- per room. He showed no manners, even though he could see we had a patient with us. The room and room service were both so bad I can't explain it. Avoid this place, even if they offer it for free.

This guest house is in the city centre, close to the zoo and other attractions, including restaurants, food outlets, bars, and discotheques. The rooms are nice, though they weren't cleaned every day during our stay. Breakfast was average, but the food itself was amazing, like home cooking. A nice place to stop for a while.

We paid 613 in the OYO app for an AC room, then had to pay another 887 Rs when we got to the hotel or they wouldn't give us a room. They said there were issues with OYO, making the total 1500 rs. There was no bathroom water at all, so I had to bathe with packaged mineral water. The staff seemed helpful at first, but couldn't actually sort anything out. No water to flush, brush my teeth, or even wash my face.

I booked for 499 rs through Oyorooms, but the rude manager charged me 1200 rs when I arrived. The staff were really bad, and I wonder why Oyo lists this place. The rooms were filthy and full of mosquitoes, the bathroom smelled awful, and nobody seemed to bother cleaning. The sheets and towels were old and dirty. I could smell the bathroom all night. It was a nightmare, a horrible moment I won't forget.
