OYO 3956 Home Stay Punjabi Handi

The food quality and taste are mouth-watering, and the staff are cooperative. Hygiene is maintained like professionals, with perfect arrangements for a stay. You get all of that at a cost you won't regret. If you're in Rudrapur, this is the place for foodies.

Karan, who works there, deserves praise, but for a stay longer than two days this place is the worst. They take you for granted. Bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels aren't changed every day, so it's not a good stay option at all.

My room in rudrapur had AC, but it stopped working just an hour after check-in. There was no water in the washroom overnight, and they charged for drinking water. OYO's helpline said hotels are always right. An OYO captain offered me a discount coupoun, but the helpline refused to redeem it. OYO makes false commitments and shows false information. The app is the worst for booking rooms anywhere, with fake service commitments and a totally fraudulent website. You can easily find cheap hotels with better service than OYO.

The hotel is on the main Nainital road and has plenty of parking. Rooms are small but clean and well managed, and fresh room are available by hotel. The staff are well trained and have a proper meet-and-greet attitude. Service is awesome, and the food is very good at an applicable rate.
