Block-B feels peaceful, cozy, and comfortable. The location is convenient, there's ample car parking, and room service and housekeeping are excellent. Staff are especially friendly and attentive. Block-A is a bit noisy because of the club. It is also inconvenient that there are no attached washrooms near the second-floor conference hall. Adding them would make that area more functional.

The location is prime, and it would be good to make the property more accessible to people across different ranges. Room arrangements are okay, but maintenance needs improvement, including timely repairs to defective panels and tapes. The staff and service were excellent, with prompt responses. Thank you for the stay and service.

Staff behavior made this a very unpleasant stay. From arrival onward, they came across as rude and dismissive, with none of the basic courtesy or respect I expected. When I asked simple questions, they answered arrogantly instead of helping. It felt as if guests were a burden, and that spoiled the experience regardless of the rooms or location. Hospitality depends on how people treat their guests, and this hotel fell badly short. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for respectful service and a comfortable stay.

This was my second visit, and sadly it was disappointing. I stayed 17-19 Nov 2025, and the issue was on 18 Nov 2025. I asked for room cleaning, but it was left exactly as it was. Very careless. Dinner at Abbacs Restaurant on 18 Nov was poor. All the waiters seemed busy with other guests, and nobody came to my table for 10 minutes. My soup arrived 20 minutes later, after guests who arrived after me had already been served. The main course took another 15 minutes. When I asked for an extra roti, no one paid attention. It arrived without butter, by which point my main course had gone cold. The food was okay, but poor attention and service spoiled dinner and need serious improvement.
