There were cockroaches on the bed, so I never felt alone in the room. The staff were very rude.

The room smelled really strange, and it was below average. There were stains on the bedsheets and cockroaches on the bed. The charging point didn't work. Service was very poor, and the staff were rude.

We stayed for three days with our family, and the experience was pathetic. They wouldn't even provide drinking water, and it wasn't worth the 1500 Rs we paid. The main person in charge didn't speak properly. He also charged us extra, saying kids were more. According to him, each room could have only two people, and children had to be put in another room. The lift didn't work properly, there was no timely room cleaning or sheet change, the ACs didn't work, and the washroom doors wouldn't close. They also wouldn't let us open the balcony doors to see the Godavari river.

I only stopped by to freshen up. The room felt old and average, the bathroom wasn't well kept, and the doors didn't have proper locks.
