The location is convenient, and both the service and staff were great. Rooms were clean, and everyone was polite and helpful. Worth the money, and I'd recommend it to families too.

The bed was warm and cozy, there was enough space, and the AC was good. But there were lots of cockroaches and water left standing in the toilet. The hose and shower didn't work. The lift wasn't working properly either, which made climbing to the 2nd floor on the stairs tiring for older people. Please address these problems. Thank you.

We gave up on breakfast and checked out at 5:45 AM because we couldn't tell what would arrive at 9:30 AM or whether the food would be good. The city location and a decent parking spot were the only things that met our expectations. The room looked nothing like the photo used for our booking. It was reasonably clean, but the attached bathroom wasn't. The shower couldn't be used because its control was missing from the plumbing fixture sticking out of the wall. For two guests, there was just one towel, one soap, one shampoo sachet, and one 500 ml bottle of water. They refused our request for a second bottle, and we didn't think arguing for another towel would help. Breakfast was included, yet at first the two young receptionists said there was no breakfast service. After we showed them our booking and they made a few calls and debated it, they agreed to serve us at 8:30 AM. One said we'd have to eat at an adjacent hotel, but when we asked him to show or walk us there, they seemed confused. After more discussion in Telugu, they said breakfast would come to our room around 9:30 AM. The two at reception struggled with English and spoke almost entirely in Telugu.

Nothing bad for a short stay. The rooms were decent and the staff behaved well. It was okay overall, though some areas could use improvement.
