I’d read reviews calling the hotel the worst, but my stay was actually good. The AC worked, hot water was available, and the washroom, bedsheets, and floor were clean. The lights were good too. One pillow was uncovered and dirty, and there was no mat or toiletries. I’m giving four stars, though if they maintain the hotel perfectly in future, it could get five.

The location was okay, close to the airport and railway station, and the hotel was good value for money. It was clean and the staff were cooperative. Breakfast needs work, though: it wasn't tasty, and the quality and quantity were both lacking.

For an individual traveler on a limited budget, this is a good option. My room and washroom were clean and neat, and the room was decent for the price. Breakfast was decent too, compared with the earlier Oyo hotel I stayed at. It's near the airport. The AC rooms are small, but at this rate you can't expect more. Keep it up, Oyo.

The staff were amazing and made my stay worthwhile. It's not a luxury hotel, but if you're in Mumbai mainly to be near the airport, staying here is a no-brainer. I had been in two minds after seeing some reviews, but I'm glad I went ahead and booked.

The staff were cooperative, and when we had an issue, they replaced it with another one. But the hotel itself was pathetic. The ACs in the room weren't working, there were mosquitoes, the taps didn't work properly, and there was no hot water. It's in Andheri East, with food and utilities available nearby.
