Breakfast and dinner were both average, and after those meals the stay didn't feel worth the money. The rooms were only average and service below average. Several amenities listed online weren't there when we arrived: no hair dryer or mini bar/fridge, and the washroom had a leak. The furniture was worn, and the hand and body wash was poor quality. Staff didn't seem to care much. No one brought water or the welcome drink promised at check-in. When I called reception, nobody answered, so I went downstairs and found the receptionist watching reels instead of taking the call.

The food was quite good, and the hotel offers a convenient paid pickup service. The distance looks short as the crow flies, but getting there by car or on foot takes a bit longer.

I’ve stayed here twice because it’s very close to the airport, so it works well when flying to or from Guwahati. The rooms are cleaner now, and the staff are very polite. There are lots of mosquitoes, though. Please do something about them.

The food quality is okay, and the location is great for Indigo passengers since it’s right beside the old airport. The rooms could use more efficient maintenance.
