Kiranshree Home

This was terrible from start to finish. The lift didn't work, so you have to use the stairs, and the reception is on the third floor. At 1 o'clock the rooms still weren't ready, and I waited an hour just to check in. The receptionist was very unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to guests. The parking is terribly cramped, with a risk of hitting your car. It's also used as a godown for Kiranshree sweets. The day security guard wasn't doing his job, spending most of the time gossiping at the nearby pan parlour. Even after I honked many times, he didn't respond. There may be 30-40 staff, but I found only one professional person, the night duty security guard. Everyone else acted casually, as if they were at home. I even saw the receptionist, a boy, whistling while my wife and I were walking by. I was really disappointed with the Kiranshree group.

The service was nonsense.

Service was good, but the meal timings may not work for you. When you want something, they may tell you it's not available at that time. Why open a restaurant, then? The place is nice at a low price if you happen to get it through makemytrip, but otherwise it's expensive, around 3500 per night for a three-bed room.
