The staff had an unprofessional attitude, and the room was awful. The bed, pillow, and blanket were unhygienic, and the bathroom was nasty. A horrible experience overall.

Prices are fairly moderate, and the place works for couples or solo travellers. The staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean with good service. If you're visiting Guwahati and need somewhere to stay while travelling, this is a nice hotel.

The only thing I liked was the location. The classic A/C room felt cramped, with no table and no views, and the switches and sockets didn't work. The shower was broken too. The serviceman couldn't get the A/C or TV working properly. Wi-Fi was limited to 2gb per pay. I don't think the room was worth 1500 rupees.

Staff were unresponsive and unprofessional, and they ignored complaints. The room smelled bad and was dirty and poorly maintained, while basic amenities were missing or didn't work. It was an extremely disappointing stay and a complete waste of money. I'd strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The bed had broken edges, and even the table was damaged. The sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been washed for a very long time. There was dust and paan staining everywhere, and the room was filthy, smelly, and completely unhygienic, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Staying there felt like punishment. I don't understand how it can still be running as a “hotel.” I'd give zero stars if I could. My honest advice is to avoid it at all costs.
