10/10
The rooms were spotless, and the hotel's meticulous cleanliness exceeded our expectations. From arrival, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the place felt fresh and well cared for. We had a truly relaxing stay. Service was attentive and efficient, especially from Suman from the Deck.
2/10
The room cost 2.5k per night, which felt far too high, especially since none of the amenities in the room worked. They also charged 2k for 4 Partha, saying the food prices were different at night and in the morning. The staff were useless, rude, and brainless. It was my first time there, and I was dealing with a medical emergency, so I had to put up with it. Avoid this hotel. If zero stars were an option, I would have given that.
10/10
The prices are budget friendly, and the staff are very nice. Whenever I come to Guwahati, I stay here.
4/10
The reception lady was especially rude and arrogant. She acts like she’s the prime minister of India and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. They’d rather hang up than give a proper response.
10/10
I’ve been a client here for a long time, and I’m happy with the service. It’s a good hotel that never feels far from home.
