The new property is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and convenient. Staff were courteous and helpful, making it a comfortable option, especially for business travelers. There are still things to improve: the staff seems limited in number, so room service isn't always available, and the restaurant currently has a limited menu. The hotel has a lot of potential, and I think it'll become a great choice for business and leisure travelers with time.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with proper setups for tea, coffee, and hanging clothes. The staff were good, the food was great, and the service was excellent. It's 2.5 km from the airport. Loved it.

The location works well if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. Otherwise, there are many better and cheaper hotels in the main city. I booked a deluxe double room, but it didn't feel deluxe at all: there was no wardrobe for clothes, suitcases, or shoes, just one basic chair and a small desk on the wall. If you order two or more dishes, there's nowhere to eat except the floor or bed. The sheets and blankets weren't very clean. The bathroom was basic, the towels felt rough, and there was only one tiny shampoo bottle and a bar of soap. It's only suitable if you just want to sleep, get up, and check out.

Service was unsatisfactory. The TV and AC remotes didn't work properly, and nobody responded to my complaint. The food and room were much too expensive for the service. The bedsheet was clean, but the top sheet wasn't, and there was no cupboard in the room.
