The food was great, but the service was terrible. I'd read complaints about it and unfortunately had the same experience when we visited. I hope the owner takes this seriously. Unless they replace the service staff, they'll keep getting more negative reviews.

The food was cold, stale, and tasteless, even though it was meant to arrive hot and freshly prepared. The flavors were bland, and some dishes seemed reheated. Portions were shockingly small for the high prices. Service was careless from the start, and the staff seemed uninterested. We had to call them over repeatedly even to get water. It was an overpriced, poorly managed and deeply disappointing meal. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for even a halfway decent meal.

The food was the most shocking part of my stay at Miras Sonapur Resort. Ingredients tasted stale, the cooking was sloppy, and several dishes came lukewarm. At those prices, it was disgraceful. It was so unpalatable that we worried about our well-being, and the food raised serious questions for us about hygiene and quality. Calling it "unhuman" doesn't feel like an exaggeration. Service offered no follow-up or initiative. Even simple requests, like extra towels or a menu, took an unacceptably long time and needed multiple reminders. The staff seemed untrained and showed little concern for guest comfort or satisfaction. From check-in through check-out, we encountered indifference and incompetence. Requests brought sighs, basic questions seemed like a huge burden, and there was no welcoming or professional manner. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience. This was the worst hospitality experience I've ever endured, and I don't write that lightly. Miras Sonapur Resort fails on every measure of a hospitality business. The lack of professionalism, offensive service attitude, and deplorable food made the stay infuriating. It wasted money and, more importantly, time. I have no recommendation to give. Avoid the property completely. Better options are available that won't compromise your safety, palate, or peace of mind. Management should be deeply ashamed of how this place is run. Staff training, kitchen management, and the basic approach to customer service all need a complete overhaul.

The service was pathetic. If the staff don't want to work, why do they act like they're being forced to? You don't get what you order, they serve whatever they want, and we ate the whole meal without anyone bothering to bring even a glass of water. Very bad experience.
