OYO 11696 Holiday Inn Guest House

The room was dirty, and although we paid for an AC room, they gave us one without AC. The bathroom was dirtier than a public toilet, and there were too many mosquitoes and cockroaches. There was no Wi-Fi, and they had no cook to make dinner or breakfast. Nothing was complimentary at those high prices. I had plenty of other options but trusted the Google ratings, and that was my mistake. This was my first and last booking here. I’d advise everyone not to book this hotel.

The staff were friendly and the food was good, so the stay was very good overall. Our room felt small, though that may have been because there were three of us. We were on the third floor, and since I was with my parents and there was no lift, getting around was a bit of a problem.

Thanks so much to OYO 11696 Holiday inn guest house for hosting us like your own children. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious, and everything else was excellent. The one thing to improve is the water, which wasn’t very clean while I was there. Thanks again, and I hope to meet you again soon.

I stayed for one night and really liked the place. It was spacious and well maintained, with clean washrooms and a calm, quiet atmosphere without any disturbance. The price was reasonable, the staff were very courteous, and the location was good. The homestay feel was lovely, especially the simple, fresh, fully homemade food.
