The room was tiny and had no windows, so it felt suffocating, like being stuck on a crowded bus with every door and window shut. The bedsheet was visibly dirty, as if someone had just slept in it, and I even found hair on it. I’d booked a room with AC, TV, and a kitchen based on Google reviews, though now I seriously doubt they’re authentic. The AC didn’t work when I arrived. After several requests to management, it came on for about an hour, then the power supply was cut again. It seemed like the AC was on a separate power line that they deliberately controlled. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We paid extra for early check-in and late checkout, and now I think we could have found a better hotel for that money. The rooms were very small and unhygienic, and the staff weren’t warm at all. The receptionist seemed biased from the moment we arrived. If they don’t accept local IDs, the hotel should tell guests beforehand, not at check-in. That’s the staff’s responsibility. The experience was much worse than we imagined. Oyo needs to train staff to act professionally and not judge people. Customers of any age or ethnic background should be treated equally. Stop looking down on your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

They overcharge for no reason. A worse experience 😪. Pick somewhere nearby, the other places are good except this one.

I booked through Oyo at a premium rate because the app had good ratings, but that turned out to be a hoax. The staff rate the hotel themselves from guests’ phones during checkout, so you can’t rate it yourself based on your stay. At checkout, they claimed their system had a problem and asked for my phone to check out through the app. Even though I specifically told them not to, they rated themselves “Excellent”. Once submitted, the app won’t let you change the rating. They wouldn’t provide a water bottle, so I had to go out and get one at 11 PM. The room phone to call the receptionist didn’t work, and the bathroom had no bucket or mug. The toilet flush didn’t work either. The linens and room I was first given were very dirty with many stains. They outright refused when I asked for fresh linens, and only changed my room after I complained several times. The room was very small, the bathroom dirty and non-functional, and there were no amenities. The staff were rude and manipulative. This is a lodge, not a hotel, and only worth 20% of what I paid. Overall, a horrible experience. It doesn’t qualify as a hotel, but they charge customers as if it does.
