The room itself was okay, with clean linen and a clean toilet. One of the AC units leaked through the wall, though, so they had a bucket and towel there to stop water reaching the floor. They only provide hard plastic tumblers because they say glass is fragile and risky to handle. Room service staff seemed inexperienced. The food was mostly disappointing, with little taste, and the bread at breakfast looked at least two days old and had black spots. The freshly made omelette was excellent, though. They also seemed caught off guard when guests asked to have lunch in the restaurant, as if they didn't expect anyone to do that. I'd stay here only if there were no other option.

My parents spent 10 days here and had a very good stay. The rooms were neat, and the hotel boys provided good service. The complimentary breakfast was better than at many hotels. The reception staff could still improve their hospitality and get better at understanding what customers need.

The restaurant is in a quiet spot, so it doesn't feel like you're right in the middle of a city. The rooms are comfortable, and they also have rooms for paying guests. Staff were very cooperative, and you can book through OYO, though the rates keep changing. The food at the restaurant is good too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Easy to find in the heart of Guwahati City, with safe, secure parking for cars. The staff were well mannered, and they serve good quality food. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortably furnished and decorated, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.

The staff are cordial, but this is still the poorest hotel. They serve food and water in plastic plates and glasses, and you can't choose dinner from the menu. You're given whatever happens to be left in the kitchen. A complete waste of money.
